this year had the chance to meet up in milano for 5 days and 4 nights of large doses of caffeine, paper, wood type, furniture, presses, shit loads of beautiful proofpresses…

this one goes to nick that drank shit loads of beer, shit loads of mosquito bites and borrowed tobbaco himself to end up on the floor in an epic picture somewhere on the darkweb already doing profit. one of my favourite prints, first color.

começamos o ano da melhor maneira com uma grande exposição colectiva. artes visuais, ofativas palativas e sonoras tipo caixas de pandora, espalhadas pela casa bernardo, caldas da rainha onde não há champanhe, canapés nem cámanés.

há vinho, feijoada e rações de combate. há lareira e forno a lenha. a casa de banho está a meter água mas ainda assim recebemos a stress.fm, a atr, associação terapeutica do ruído e o jag com o único e indescritível software chamado din.

obrigado a todos os que estiveram presentes na oficina de tipografia n.º2 — pensamos o que prensamos; foi emocionante e desgastante — que haverá uma próxima em breve, é quase uma realidade!
a seguinte fotografia que tem o prazer de entrar no arquivo e passar pelo tratamento choque tipo photoshop, é bastante elucidativa da experiência e da imagem mental que ficou daquele festival tipo fantasma. obrigado white hightower!

circuit prints

i finally found the good circuit prints that i thought iLost.
here is a 1bit flavour scan sample.
there are a bunch of them and i will exhibit this wallpaper soon somewhere.
i printed this with lithography black ink on poster paper, with my heidelberg windmill.
each one is unique as i intervened during the print process.
the matrix used is an electronic circuit board made by hand by someone. the circuit was found in braga, portugal.
